Mama's founder, Frank, had a passion for crafting delicious and hearty meals for our customers. Current owners/operators, Tony and Lou are proud to continue his legacy, providing quality food with the same warm experience that Frank provided for so many years.
Tony, known to his grandkids as “Nonno,” came to this country in 1971 from Italy. He always had a knack for cooking, and his warm and endearing personality quickly became a staple of the customer experience as a deli owner. Tony has had tremendous success over the last 35 years in the deli business and is thrilled to bring his wealth of knowledge, depth of experience, and home cooking to Mama Carmela’s.

Our menu includes Mama C's traditional deli favorites as well as a few exciting new options. We are thrilled to announce the introduction of our specialty sandwiches, which are sure to be a hit!
